Ginger has been used across Asian herbal traditions for centuries - warming, clarifying, awakening. Cardamom, prized in Ayurvedic practice for its grounding and restorative properties, carries the scent deeper. Together they open the bath ritual with intention.

This wash was formulated differently. Coconut-derived surfactants lift impurities gently. Betaine - a plant-derived moisture-binding active; replenishes hydration throughout the cleanse rather than after it. Organic quince extract softens the skin as it washes. Sodium Coco-Sulfate + Sodium Cocoamphoacetate + Coco-Glucoside - a trio of coconut-derived surfactants that work together to lift impurities, makeup, and daily residue without the aggressive stripping associated with synthetic surfactant systems. The combination creates a rich lather that rinses cleanly without leaving skin tight or compromised.

Cocamidopropyl Betaine + Betaine - two complementary moisture-binding actives derived from coconut and sugar beet respectively. Betaine is naturally present in skin — replenishing it during cleansing rather than after significantly reduces post-wash dryness.

Pyrus Cydonia (Quince) Fruit Extract (organic) - quince has been used in Asian and Middle Eastern herbal traditions for centuries for its skin-softening and protective properties. Rich in natural pectin and antioxidants, it leaves skin noticeably smoother after rinsing. The only botanical active in this formula and it earns its place.

How does this fit into the bath ritual?

This is the wash step, the second step after soaking. It clears the skin of daily residue and prepares it for the steps that follow. Does the scent linger after rinsing?
